We believe it prudent to plan for future expansion when selecting a site or expanding the existing warehouse.  Many issues impact the maximum facility size permitted on a particular piece of property.  Local ordinances may limit the building height, truck access, building orientation, maximum lot coverage, set-backs from property boundary etc..
